By enrolling in any course, creating an account, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Utkaarsh Education

Utkaarsh Education is a government-recognised skill development and professional training institute offering:

• Online Video Courses — self-paced recorded lessons available on our platform.
• Offline Classroom Courses — instructor-led batches at our centre in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi.
• Certificate Programmes — industry-relevant certifications in Computer Applications, Tally, MIS, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, and more.

Eligibility

Our services are open to individuals aged 16 years and above. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You have provided accurate personal details during registration.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Course Enrollment & Fees

When you enroll in any course offered by Utkaarsh Education:

• Full course fees must be paid before access is granted (online) or before the batch commences (offline).
• Fees displayed on the website may be revised. The fee at the time of enrollment applies to your registration.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash at our centre. Receipts will be issued for all transactions.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways or banks.
• Seats in offline batches are limited and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Student Conduct

All enrolled students are expected to:

• Attend classes/sessions with punctuality and regularity.
• Maintain respectful conduct towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Not share login credentials, course materials, or recorded videos with any third party.
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute any part of our course content.
• Complete assessments honestly — plagiarism or impersonation will result in disqualification.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

Certification

Government-recognised certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and satisfactory performance in the final assessment. Utkaarsh Education reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of:

• Incomplete attendance below the minimum required percentage.
• Outstanding dues or pending fees.
• Proven misconduct or academic dishonesty.

• Certificates may not be altered or forged.
• A duplicate certificate may be issued upon written request and payment of the applicable fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our courses — including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, and study notes — is the exclusive property of Utkaarsh Education and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Utkaarsh Education strives to deliver quality education, but we do not guarantee specific job placement or salary outcomes. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from course completion or non-completion.
• Temporary unavailability of online content due to technical maintenance.
• Actions or decisions taken by students based on knowledge from our courses.

Utkaarsh Education reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
